You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object by email, subject to legal conditions. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Your profile contains your name, email, phone, city, postcode and playing level. Entries, attendance, results and payment statuses are linked to your account.
During a tournament
Other participants see your full first name and only the first letter of your surname, including in assignments, results, rankings and declared arrival times. The organising club sees your full name and the details needed to manage your participation.
Account and payment
Supabase handles accounts and tournament data. Stripe handles test payments; card details are entered at Stripe. Cloudflare hosts the website and Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. Technical data, such as your IP address and browser information, is processed for these purposes. Language, interface preferences and drafts may be saved on this device.
